Job Description
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This individual will work closely with the business operations and IT teams to gather and analyze data, improve processes, and support project implementation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, can work effectively in a team environment, and is passionate about problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Support the development of detailed process maps and flowcharts.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback.
- Contribute to project management activities by tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
